1. Definitions

“The Site” – the website at www.paw-label.store.
“The Company” / “The Brand” – PAW Label, registered Israeli business (Osek Patur) no. 036442325.
“The Products” – the clothing and footwear items displayed on the Site and offered for sale.
“Delivery Time” – up to 7 business days from confirmation of the order, excluding Fridays, Saturdays and holiday eves (as detailed in Section 6).
“Order Date” – the day on which the transaction was approved by the payment processor.

2. General

The Site is an online store selling PAW Label clothing, operated by the Company.
For any question you may contact us at customer-support@paw-label.store.
Browsing and purchasing on the Site are subject to these Terms; placing an order constitutes acceptance of them.
The Company may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on the Site at the time the order is placed.
Product photographs on the Site are for illustration only; slight differences between the photograph and the actual product are possible (shade, lighting and similar).
Prices displayed on the Site include VAT as required by law.
The Company does not undertake to keep full stock of every item displayed on the Site.

3. Registration and placing an order

Placing an order requires selecting items and entering complete and accurate shipping and payment details.
Payment is made through secure processing; once the transaction is approved by the credit card company, an order confirmation will be sent.
Knowingly providing false details may constitute an offence under the law.
Orders are subject to stock availability; if an item goes out of stock after an order is placed, we will contact you to choose an alternative or to cancel the order with a full refund.
The Company may, at its reasonable discretion, decline a particular order — for example, where details appear incorrect or a payment problem arises.

4. Marketing communications

The Company may send updates, promotions and marketing content by email or SMS to customers who gave explicit consent at registration or purchase. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the messages, or by writing to customer-support@paw-label.store, in accordance with the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982 (the “Spam Law”).

5. Cancellation, exchanges and returns

The full shipping, exchange and return policy is set out on the Shipping, Exchanges & Returns page. In summary:

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771-2010, a transaction may be cancelled and fully refunded within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is returned in its original condition (unworn, with the tag attached).
A cancellation that is not due to a defect or non-conformity may incur a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower.
The Company may cancel an order in whole or in part in the event of a reasonable error in price or product description, a technical fault, force majeure or actual lack of stock — and will refund the customer in full for any amount paid.

6. Delivery and shipping

PAW Label ships within Israel only.
Estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days from confirmation of the order (excluding Fridays, Saturdays and holiday eves); additional delays are possible in remote areas or during exceptional peaks.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, war, emergency situations, strikes at the delivery providers, or any other cause beyond its control.
Shipping availability is subject to the delivery areas of the Company’s courier.

7. Liability

The Company makes its best effort to present accurate product information and is not responsible for inaccuracies or description errors made in good faith.
The Company’s liability, to the extent it applies, is limited to the value of the item purchased and does not include indirect or consequential damage or loss of profit.
The Company is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of the product, including failure to follow the washing and care instructions supplied with the item.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in the garment designs, the logo, the brand name “PAW Label”, the style names, the content, the images and the texts on the Site belong solely to the Company.
No content from the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without the Company’s prior written consent.

9. Privacy and data security

Payment details are transmitted on the Site using secure encryption (SSL) through the payment provider; the Company does not store credit card details on its systems.
Customer details are used solely to process the order and will not be passed to any third party, except as required to complete payment and delivery (the payment processor and the courier).
